Guest Associate
Part-Time
Non-supervisory position

We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and reliable people, to join our team!

Essential Functions
*Ensure the safety of our guests and staff, by following all company rules, policies, and procedures.
*Provide a fun and exciting experience for our guests and staff.
*Be a team player.
*Working positively with diverse audiences, especially children.
*Handle a fast-paced environment.
*Properly and efficiently cook/handle food & beverage, by adhering to health department and food handling guidelines.
*Host and serve multiple birthday parties at one time.
*Use point of sale system.
*Cash handling.
*Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of operation.
*Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
*Adhere to dress code.
*Must have night & weekend availability.
*Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills
*Multi-tasking, reliability, & attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills (verbally interacts with supervisors & team members.)
*Must be able to operate basic kitchen equipment in a safe manner.
*Ability to accept constructive criticism and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
* Problem-solving abilities and works very well with others.

Education, Experience, and Certifications
*Will need to successfully complete State-approved food service employee training program certification (Company will provide)
*CPR, AED, first aid certification preferred, but not required.
*Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
*Currently enrolled or successfully completed - High School Diploma/equivalent.

Physical Requirements
*Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
*Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift/move 75 pounds.
*Ability to work in an environment where you will be exposed to heat, cold, flashing lights, loud music, etc.

Roller Skating Entertainer & Referee
Part-Time
Non-supervisory position

We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and reliable people, to join our team! The best candidate for this role should be passionate about roller skating, offer great customer service, and be comfortable speaking and working with large crowds.

Essential Functions
*Ensure the safety of our guests and staff, by following all company rules, policies, and procedures.
*Provide a fun and exciting experience for our guests and staff.
*Be a team player.
*Working positively with diverse audiences, especially children.
*Handle a fast-paced environment.
*Scheduling and playing skate games at designated times throughout the skating session.
*Proper maintenance of rental skates, including the wheels, stops, laces, and overall condition of skates.
*Provide lessons and supportive encouragement to those who are new to roller skating.
*Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of operation.
*Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
*Adhere to dress code.
*Must have night & weekend availability.
*Other duties as assigned by management.
